Dr. Bippon Vinayak, MBBS(Lon), FRCS(London), FRCS(ORL)
Chairman & CEO
Bippon qualified as a doctor from the University of London and then trained in prestigious teaching hospitals in London and Oxford. He was appointed Clinical Lecturer in ENT-Head and Neck Surgery by the University of Oxford and subsequently specialised in Facial Plastic Surgery, having been awarded the first ever fellowship in the specialty. He subsequently took up a Consultant Surgeon position at the Royal Berkshire Hospital. Bippon's focus is to drive the group to be the best service provider in the industry through a focus on staff development and effective use of technology. Bippon is also spearheading the global group strategy.
Dr. Anne King, BSc, MBchB, Msc
CEO of DC Life & Group Medical Director
Anne obtained her medical degree from the University of Liverpool and specialised in metabolic medicine. She completed a Master's degree in Clinical Biochemistry at the University of London. Anne is spearheading the growth of DC Life, which is now the second largest provider of medical screening for the Life, Income Protection and Critical Illness Insurance sector. Anne is also responsible for clinical governance within the group. She architects operational structure within the group and has overall responsibility for operational delivery within the business.
Jan Johnston BA (hons) ACA
Group Finance Director
Jan graduated in Economics from the University of Sheffield before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in 1988. After working in Corporate Finance advising SME businesses, she moved into Finance Director roles and now has over 20 years’ experience working with entrepreneur and private equity backed companies. In her previous role she spent 7 years as Finance Director at Primal Pictures, a world leader in 3D interactive anatomy software for medical education. She joined the Doctors Chambers Group in 2013 where she will continue to develop and enhance the Finance function as the company enters an exciting period of growth.
Don Hughan
National Accounts Director
Don is highly experienced in the fields of Sales and Customer Relationship Management and has been in the medico- legal sector for over 10 years. Don's early career was as an Independent Financial Advisor, working for two major banks. Looking for a new challenge, he moved to the RAC where his role as Sales manager required him to lead teams of field sales personnel and manage several accounts. He joined Doctors Chambers in January 2005 as Head of Business Development and is responsible for several prestgious accounts in the Doctors Chambers Portfolio
Amrit Sangha, BSc
IT Director
Amrit graduated with a degree in Computer Science and has over sixteen years IT experience. He is responsible for IT infrastructure and leading the development team. He provides technical vision for the organisation thus ensuring Doctors Chambers products remain competitive and innovative. He is highly passionate about deploying the right technologies within industry, whether online or offline and is continuously pushing the boundaries to ensure an enhanced user experience.
Philip Tranter, MA (Oxon)
Legal Director
Philip graduated in law from Wadham College, Oxford before qualifying as a solicitor in 1984. He spent more than 25 years as a partner in law firms in London and the Thames Valley, latterly as head of the Corporate group at Boyes Turner, specialising predominantly in corporate transactional work. He joined the Doctors Chambers Group as Legal Director in 2011 where he is involved in strategic projects as well as overseeing the Group legal function.
Margaret Robinson
Director of Corporate Services (Bodycare Clinics)
Margaret has worked in the rehabilitation industry since 2006. She created and purpose built a rehabilitation clinic in 2006 which offered a range of services to the Medico-Legal market. Her work within this sector has ensured recognition from an industry where knowledge needs to be ever changing. Investing in team commitment ensure that a top class business package is always at the top of her agenda.
Shirin Lajevardi BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy
Director of Operations
Shirin obtained her degree from University of Northumbria in 2006. She has worked in the medico-legal industry since providing clinical services to the legal sector. She has been heavily involved in pioneering and setting up new clinical services and managing these to provide excellent services to clients and referring parties alike.
Miles Keeble
Non-Executive Director
Miles has 20 years’ experience in the motor insurance claims industry and has excellent relationships with many key industry leaders. Miles spent two years chairing the MIAFTR committee that was responsible for delivering MIAFTR2 across the insurance industry. Prior to joining Doctors Chambers, he was responsible for all key accounts and business development at Drive Assist. Miles focus at Doctors Chambers is to develop key market opportunities.
